Interior design
Very often people need quality interior design, in fact, apartments and homes are those places where they spend the best hours of their life. For this reason, interior design must be stylish, unique, underlining the individuality of the person who lives in the house.
RosArkhitektor is a team of skilled specialists who are engaged in the architectural design of offices, design of cottages and apartments. We give out a technical customer all package of drafts and other documents, necessary for finishing operations.
Apart from other things, in order to develop original interior design, we offer our clients the approval of apartment or cottage rearrangement project.
In our work we use only high-quality materials and the newest equipment. We differ from our competitors at the market with competence, acceptable prices, high quality performance and individual approach to every customer.
“A draft interior design” includes:
- Measurement diagram with the fixation of engineer communications.
- Variants of plan decisions.
- Plan of furniture placing (scheme, without drawing of furniture elements).
- Plan of the floor with the type of floor coverage.
- Plan of placing of the plumbing fixtures without the fixation of outputs.
- Prospects of premises, made in Archicad.
- Furniture, plumbing fixtures, floor, wall and ceilings coverage choice consultations.
The elaboration of project document is executed in the program Archicad.
The price of draft design: 375 - 650 roubles per square meter (of the designed area).
“A detail interior design” includes:
- Measurement diagram with the attachment of engineer communications.
- Plan of disassembling of partitions and engineering communications (if necessary).
- Plan of the erected partitions with marking of window and door apertures (if necessary).
- Plan of apartment after rearrangement with sizes (if necessary).
- Layout plan of plumbing fixtures with attachment of outputs and appendix of assembling drafts from the producer.
- Layout plan of plumbing fixtures with attachment of issues and appendix of assembling drafts from the producer.
- Ceiling plan with indicating of the type of in-use material, separate units and sections. (The amount of drafts depends on the level of ceiling complexity).
- Layout plan of lighting devices, attachment of outputs of illumination, plan of switches with indicating to the inclusion of groups of lamps.
- Specification of lighting equipment with indicating to their type and power and other special requirements.
- Layout plan of electric wall outlets and electro-output with the attachment of geometrical sizes.
- Specification of electro-assembling armature with indicating to the type of product and other special requirements.
- Layout plan of the electric floor heating with attachment to regulator.
- Floor plan with indication: bench-mark floor, type of floor coverage, picture and sizes. Cut of the floor construction with indication to layers of coverage. (The amount of drafts depends on the level of complexity).
- The legend of floor coverage with indication to an area and article of the chosen material.
- Layer and developed views with decorative elements. (The amount of drafts depends on the amount of decorative elements).
- Developed views of the walls with the lay-out of tile with size indication, article and area of the chosen material.
- Drafts of the custom-designed wares (made in the case of necessity).
- Layout plan of the chosen furniture.
- Legend of piece elements with indication to articles, amount and layout.
- Specification of doors with indication to sizes of doorways.
- Finishing list.
The elaboration of project documentation is implemented by means of Archicad.
The price of detail design: 550-1150 roubles per square meter (of the designed area), depending on the object area.
Visualization of project:
- Visualization of project is produced in the program 3d Studio Maxby the chosen materials and furniture.
- Price of visualization:
- 290 rubs for m² (of the designed area), by order more than 100m²
- 350 rubs for m² (of the designed area), by order from 80 to 100 m²
- 400 rubs for m² (of the designed area), by order less than 80 m²
- a minimum price of order is 15000 rubs
- Visualization is given out on a compact disk and printed in one A4 copy.
Decorating includes:
- The selection of decorative elements of interior is made after repair-finishing work and includes:
- Selection of paintings, pictures, wall graphic arts.
- Selection of sculptures etc.
- Selection of table wares, dinner sets and table-cloths.
- Selection of window shades and window curtains.
- Selection of bed linen.
- Selection of accessories in different apartments.
- Selection of lighting devices.
- Consultations on the selection of the articles of interior.
The price of decorating is 290 - 440 rubs for m² (of the designed area), depending on the area of object and the given task.
Designer supervision includes:
- regular site visit by an architect (on the call of a client or a foreman, but not more than 3 times per month)
- making corrections in drafts, that appeared after dismantling of old and erection of new partitions, after alignment of floors, walls and ceilings
- consultations and project supervision
- order of finishing materials
- approval of accounts with Customer on materials and equipment, their purchase and delivery to an object.
The price of design supervision is 10% from the cost of the project.
Executive documentation, other works:
- Measuring of premises during site visit and construction of a computer model of the premises:
- o 2900 roubles for premises less than 150 m².
- o 4400 roubles for premises from 150 to 300 m²
- o 15 roubles for premises over 300 m²
- o after measuring of premises in different levels the complexity factor is introduced (1,2 from the cost of order).
Note: by order of an interior design on the stages the “Draft interior design” and the “Detail interior design”, the price of measuring is included into the design price.
