Besides, he personally or together with a technical customer checks up the accordance of terms of construction completion to those stated in the documents, fulfillment of all necessary norms by the real estate developer. In the case of finding out some discrepancies, the real estate developer can be deprived of the rights to realize his activity for the time being. The variant of bringing the real estate developer to responsibility for a non-performance or violation of legislative requirements is also possible.
