Monolithic and many-storeyed houses

The stereotype of high-rise buildings and assembly concrete panel construction, finally, goes away into the past. Surprisingly, this uneconomical and not always comfortable method of buildings erection has lived so long. A wide production base, created as early as in soviet times, was saved. In addition, such buildings have more favorable microclimate: in a cold season they keep warmth, and in summer – coolness. By monolithic houses construction the use of technology “clever house” is accessible, when the building systems are interconnected and managed from one center, what allows to control electricity, water and gas supply.

Monolithic construction is the transition to a completely new housing. It is the freedom of designing, relative simplicity of erection and low prime cost.
