Approval of projects

During any construction-works, the change of structural or architectural features of a building and even while simple apartment rearrangement, the approval of projects with proper authorities is required.

If the question is about private ownership and you have spare time, you can independently carry out the approval of projects in the Technical Inventory Bureau (TIB). On occasion, you may need permissions of other supervision bodies.

If the approval of projects is necessary to a commercial organization or you simply do not have enough time in order to walk to different instances, it is better to charge the approval of projects to the specialized firms which exist in any town now. The companies which deal with the approval of projects are responsible for the whole process and guarantee the punctual delivery of all the necessary documents to the customer, and also other acts and decisions, necessary for the approval.

Besides, some companies render services in laboratory researches, production control and licensing, as in a number of cases it is a necessary condition of receiving authorizations.

Specialized firms ensure approval of projects by all proper authorities of state supervision, whose visa is required in order to fulfil the planned works in each case: TIB, Rospotrebnadzor (Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being), bodies of fire, sanitary-epidemiology, ecological supervision, and also some other organizations.

Prices on services for approval vary depending on task complexity, the terms and amount of the processed documentation. For example, apartment rearrangement confirmation costs 5 thousand roubles and more. The concordance of private entrance arrangement can cost 50 thousands roubles already. Prices for more complicated cases of approvals are discussed with each client individually.
