Design Project
Sketch Design Project includes:
- Measurement Diagram with Engineering Services.
- Planning Solutions Options.
- Furniture Layout Plan План (scematically, without furniture units draughtsmanship).
- Floor Plan without Floor Covering Type Indication.
- Bathroom Fitments Layout Plan.
- Premises Perspectives Made with the Help of ArchiCad.
- Consultations on Choosing Furniture, Bathroom Fitments, Floor, Ceiling and Wall Coverings in Each Premise.
Design documentation is worked out by means of ArchiCad.
Sketch design cost is 375 - 650 roubles per square meter (of design area).
Working Interior Design includes:
- Measurement Diagram with Engineering Services.
- Partitions and Engineering Services Demounting Plan (if necessary).
- Plan of Partitions Being Erected with Marking of Window and Door Apertures (if necessary).
- Plan of Premises After Replanning with Indication of Dimensions (if necessary).
- Bathroom Fitments Layout Plan with Mounting Drawings from Manufacturer.
- Bathroom Fitments Layout Plan with Mounting Drawings from Manufacturer.
- Ceiling Plan with Indication of Used Materials Type, Separate Units and Sections. (Number of drawings depends on ceiling complexity).
- Lighting Aplliances Layout Scheme, Switches Plan with Indication of Lighting Appliances Groups.
- Lighting Equipment Specification with Indication of Their Type and Voltage and Other Specific Requirements.
- Electrical Outlets and Leads Layout Plan in Geometrical Perspective.
- Wiring Accessories Specification with Indication of product Type and Other Special Requirements.
- Floor Electrical Heating Layout Plan with Regulating Device.
- Floor Plan with Indication of: Floor Level Marking, Floor Covering Type, Drawing and Dimensions. Floor Construction Section with Floor Layers Indication. (Number of drawings depends on complexity).
- Floor Cover Explication with Indication of Chosen Material Volume and Item Number.
- Walls Section and Broaching with Picturesque Elements. (Number of drawings depend on picturesque elements amount).
- Broaching of Walls with Laying of Tiles with Indication of Dimenssions, Item Number and Chosen Material area.
- Order Products Drawings (if necessary).
- Chosen Furniture Layout Plan.
- Single-Piece Elements Explication with Indication of Item Numbers, Quantity and Location.
- Doors Specification with Indication of Door Apertures.
- Decoration Ledger.
Elaboration of design documentation is carried out by means of ArchiCad.
Working design execution cost: 550-1150 roubles per square meter (of design area), depending on object area.
Design Visualization:
- Design visualization is implemented by means of 3D Studio Max with chosen materials and furniture.
- 290 roubles per 1 square meter (of design area), when there is an order for 100 м2.
- 350 roubles per 1 square meter (of design area), when there is an order for 80 – 99 м2.
- 400 roubles per 1 square meter (of design area), when there is an order for less than 80 м2.
- Minimum order value is 15,000 roubles.
- Visualization is provided recorded on CDs, printed in one А4 format copy.
Decoration includes:
- Interior decoration elements choosing is implemented after completion of all repair and finishing operations and includes:
- o Selection of pictures, drawings, wall artwork, etc.
- o Selection of sculptures, etc.
- o Selection of cutlery, tea- (coffee-) sets and tablecloths.
- o Selection of window-blinds and curtains.
- o Selection of bed-linen.
- o Selection of accessories for different premises.
- o Lighting appliances selection.
- Consultations on interior items selection.
Decoration cost is 290 – roubles per square meter (of design area) depending on facility area and an objective set.
Architectural supervision includes:
- Regular visits by an architect to supervise the construction process upon customer or foreman request (but no more than 3 times per month)
- Introduction of adjustments to working drawings that appeared after dismantling of old and erection of new partitions, after levelling of floors, walls and ceilings
- Consultations and supervision of given project implementation according to approved plan
- Finishing materials order
- Coordination with Customer of issues relating to bills for materials and equipment, their acquisition and delivery
Architectural supervision costs 10% of the total design value.
Turnover Documentation, Other Works:
- Measurement of premises with site visit and computer modeling of the premises:
- 4,400 roubles for premises of 150 - 300 m2. >o 4,400 roubles for premises of 150 - 300 m2.
- 15 roubles for m2 of a premise of more than 300 m2.
- At measuring premises at different levels 1,2 complexity factor of the total order value is introduced.
Note: when there is an order for a design project at Sketch Design Project and Work Design Project stages, measurement cost is included into project cost total.
